FAQs for Customers Having Trouble Ordering

1. What if a donor dissapears from my favorites list?
   This means that donor has been removed by the sperm bank for a particular reason.
2. When I'm checking out, it says my order went through but I can't access the donor listings. What do I do?

   In this instance, we're usually in the middle of updating something on the website so things get a little jumbled. However, you know your order went through if you get two notifications.  If you don't, please be sure to contact support@spermcenter.com and we'll take care of it.
