Ferring Pharmaceuticals, a  biopharmaceutical company devoted to identifying, developing and marketing innovative products in the fields of infertility, obstetrics, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology and osteoarthritis.

How Much Does it Cost?

It costs $10 per year to enroll in the program, which is specifically designed for patients without insurance coverage or benefits for fertility medications.

Note: You save $18 on every vial of BRAVELLE® prescribed by your doctor (up to 100 vials per prescription = $1800) and save $3 on every vial of MENOPUR® prescribed by your doctor (up to 100 vials per prescription = $300).

This offer valid only for people paying in cash for MENOPUR® and/or BRAVELLE® (up to 100 vials per prescription). This offer is not valid for prescriptions purchased under Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, or any other federal or state program, or where prohibited by law.

How to Qualify:

• If you are paying in cash and do not have insurance coverage or benefits for fertility medications, then you are automatically eligible for the HEART Rx Initiative
• Ask your doctor or nurse for a HEART Rx Initiative brochure
• Bring it, plus your prescription for MENOPUR® and/or BRAVELLE® to a participating pharmacy (see the printable pharmacy list here)
• Pay $10 for a 1-year membership and the pharmacist will assign you a membership number, and your savings can begin immediately
