SpermCenter, LLC’s privacy policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use the personal information you decide to share, and help you make informed decisions when using SpermCenter (www.spermcenter.com), also known as “website,” “the website,” “us,” “ours” and “we.”

Your visit to SpermCenter provides us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us and web site information collected by us as you interact with www.spermcenter.com.

We need your address and phone number to verify your credit card, but you won't receive mail from us, and we won't call you unless there's a problem with your order.

We won't sell or give that information to any third parties, unless you explicitly give us permission to do so. You may receive occasional email from us announcing changes, soliciting feedback or notifying you when your membership is about to expire.

When you use SpermCenter, you may set up your personal profile, form relationships, send messages, perform searches and queries, form groups and transmit information through various channels. By visiting SpermCenter or becoming a registered member you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use.

You post user content (as defined in SpermCenter's Terms of Use) on SpermCenter at your own risk. Although we allow you to set privacy options that limit access to your pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your pages and information.

Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that user content you post on SpermCenter will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the website. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of user content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your user content.

Cookies

SpermCenter uses cookies (small files stored on your computer) to store information such as your donor preferences and settings, so you don't have to re-enter them on every visit.

We use these cookies only to manage your interaction with SpermCenter.com.  We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, we use a verification cookie that ensures once you fill out a security box (also known as a "captcha"), you never have to do so again. 
 
We also use Google’s AdSense service.Google's use of DoubleClick DART Cookies enables it to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites you have been to on the internet.   If you would like to opt out of this with Google, please do so here (http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html).

Information & Website Updates

SpermCenter reserves the right to update, change or otherwise modify the content or information on the site, including payment terms, at will without member notification. If such information is changed, it will be reflected on the website and only apply to new members. It will be solely be the responsibility of members to check the site for recent changes or updates.
 
SpermCenter reserves the right to publish aggregate information. From time to time SpermCenter may publish statistics describing members' search patterns in aggregate form, which means in a way that does NOT identify you individually.

Thus, for example, SpermCenter might publish an article in a fertility journal or health magazine that says, "1500 women used SpermCenter.com during the past year and 750 of them sought donors with blue eyes and 1200 of them sought donors over 5 feet 6 inches."
