What are cookies?
In Internet lingo, a "cookie" is a small file that a web site stores on your
computer in order to preserve information from one visit to the next. For
example, if you add a sperm bank to your "Favorites" list, we store this
information on your computer. The next time you log in, you can recall
your Favorites list without having to select them all over again.
At spermcenter.com, we use cookies only to manage your web session with us.
We don't use third-party cookies from advertisers, market research
companies or any other third-party entity, in any of our web pages.

How do I enable cookies?
It depends what browser/version you're using.
|
|
Internet Explorer (Microsoft):
Select Tools | Internet Options and click the Privacy tab. Click
Default to restore the default privacy settings, which provides
adequate security but still allows first-party cookies. Or, if you've changed
your settings, click Advanced and make sure you accept first-party cookies.
(Note that first-party cookies means a cookie from the web site you are
visiting, as opposed to third-party cookies which come from other unknown
sites such as marketing companies that track usage.)
Older version of IE may be slightly different.
|
|
Mozilla/Netscape:
Select Edit | Preferences and click the Privacy & Security tab.
Make sure you've checked Enable cookies from the originating web site (or all
cookies).
|
|
Firefox:
Select Tools | Options and click Cookies, Allow sites to set cookies.
|
|
Other Browsers: consult your browser documentation or help file.
|
|
If you're using a third-party tool that blocks unknown cookies, there's
usually a way to allow cookies from specific web sites that you select as
trusted sites. Consult your documentation.
